PROPERTIES AND BENEFITS Wellness Oil is a blend of 34 essential oils, selected for their characteristics and fragrance, to create an effective, unique oil with multiple virtues and properties: - balsamic, expectorant and fluidifying properties: useful in cases of stuffy nose, colds and phlegm; - anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties: to treat muscle and joint problems or localised pain, such as cervical pain; - relaxing properties: to combat, for example, tension headaches, often associated with fatigue and tension, by helping to relax the muscles of the neck and shoulders; - disinfectant properties: it has antibacterial and antiseptic properties if diffused in the environment or applied to the body; - refreshing properties: it provides a pleasant sensation of coolness, to combat summer heat, and can also be used as an aftershave; - antispasmodic properties: useful in case of cramps, if massaged on the abdomen (internal use is not recommended); - energising and toning properties: it invigorates the body and uplifts the mood, helping relieve and better manage stress.
